The heater indoors with the box having been opened & resealed. In the description, here was no mention of the extra 5 inches of interval required for safety all around the unit. I contacted AntOnline regarding swapping and they referred me to World Distributors, who referred me back to AntOnline. Underside line, neither would exchange, leaving me with a heater I can’t use.
